Please note that masks are not required to enter our buildings, however, they are still recommended.

We also ask for a limit of one person per veterinary examination due to space limitations within our exam rooms. We are able to offer curbside service and/or video streaming for anyone who is unable or uncomfortable entering the building.

MEDICAL EXAMS (Curbside or Inside)

If you wish to accompany your furry family member into their exam, please check in with the team member at the front desk upon arrival. Masks are not required, but they are strongly recommended for exams.

Our exam rooms are quite small, enclosed spaces, so to increase safety for our visitors and our team, we have installed air purifiers that emit 100% natural, air-based solutions that work to completely disinfect hard and soft surfaces.

We will continue to offer curbside exams for anyone who is more comfortable remaining outside for their furry family member’s appointment. Please call 519-649-0080 upon arrival and ask our team about video streaming options so that you can participate in the exam virtually from the parking lot (or even from the comfort and convenience of home).

Note: You MUST notify our team prior to your visit if you have tested positive for COVID-19 and/or should currently be self-isolating under government guidelines. Arrangements will be made in these circumstances.

GROOMING (door check-in)

Please check in with the team member at the front desk or call 519-649-0080 upon arrival if you wish to drop off your furry family member without entering the building

TREATMENT (door check-in/curbside)

Please check in with the team member at the front desk upon arrival, or call 519-649-0080 if you wish for us to retrieve them from your vehicle. All treatment appointments (nail trims, anal gland expressions, bandage changes, blood draws, etc.) will take place with a veterinary technician in our treatment room while their parents wait. You may wait in the front park, your vehicle, or outside during this time.

PRODUCT PICK UP (door check-in/drive-thru)

Our front park will be open to visitors, however, we ask that you call in your order ahead of time or submit a Product Request / Prescription Request through our website to ensure your product is ready when you arrive. When you come to pick up your item, please check in at the front desk. Westmount visitors should take advantage of our drive-thru for product pickup. Also note that for your convenience, we also offer free delivery on all product orders within the City of London as well as automatic reorder of your recurring products when you sign up for our Product Subscription Service.

DELIVERY & SHUTTLE (pets only)

As always, we will continue to offer free delivery on all food, treats, prescriptions, and products. Don’t forget that we can also automatically reorder your recurring products with our Product Subscription Service so you never run out of food, medication, or cat litter.

We are unable to transport humans to appointments at this time, but our pet shuttle is still fully operational! We can bring your furry family member to their exam, and thanks to our video streaming technology, you can participate in their visit from the comfort of home, just like you would if you were here with us!
