This location does not run appointments every day, but when it does not host a doctor, it continues to stay open Monday-Friday as a convenient product pickup point for neighbours living in the area.

Although Blue Cross is small, don’t let its size fool you… On the weekends and statutory holidays, Blue Cross Animal Hospital transforms into Southwest Veterinary Hospital, providing urgent after-hour care. We are proud to host the Southwest team, who borrow our on-site lab, digital radiographs, and surgical suite to offer extended care to the families of London and surrounding areas.

*Although they operate out of the same building, please note that Southwest Veterinary Hospital is an independent practice and not affiliated with Neighbourhood Pet Clinic. As a result, we cannot access their medical records.*

The Blue Cross team will be glad to welcome you at your next visit, but don’t forget… When you’re a neighbour at one clinic, you’re a neighbour at all! When ultrasound or dentistry services are needed, you’ll have the simplicity of being referred to one of our other Neighbourhood Pet Clinic locations for continuous care. With shared medical records between all practices, it allows a smooth and fast referral with the team you trust, while avoiding the delay and expense of third-party referrals.

It also means that in an emergency, you have the flexibility of bringing our little one to any location and receiving seamless care when you need it most.
