I acknowledge that all prescriptions must be approved by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). This is a regulatory requirement. As with any prescription, occasionally, upon review, the veterinarian may require an updated weight, bloodwork, or a full examination before either continuing to dispense the requested medication or adjusting the dose for the safety of my furry family member. I understand that, as a result, my veterinarian may decline or change my prescription and that its authorization is solely at their discretion
