FOOD DELIVERY

Our nutritional experts are passionate about transforming pets’ lives through the food they eat. An exam to discuss your nutrition could be the best gift you ever give your furry family member! We’ll be happy to make a recommendation and deliver it to your home, so you can spend more quality time with your furry family member (both now and for years to come). If you already know what you’re looking for, we can certainly help you as we carry a wide range of food and treats in-clinic. If we don’t have your preferred product, we can usually place a special order just for you. As always, delivery is free!

MEDICATION DELIVERY

Let us do the driving for you! We want your furry family member’s prescription to be just as easy as your own, so we offer free delivery on all our products. If we’ve prescribed a prescription for your pet, simply request delivery and we’ll bring the pharmacy to you! For no extra charge, it’s an easy way to make sure your little one’s needs are being met. As with human medicine, all prescriptions require an up to date medical relationship, but don’t worry… If your pet needs an exam or bloodwork for their prescription, we can do the driving for that, too!

PET SUPPLIES

Food and medication is just the beginning. We have the ability to order in toys and many specialty products! Instead of ordering your item online, ask our team if we can order it into the clinic. We’ll likely receive and deliver it to your door faster than it would take to arrive in the mail… plus you’ll save on shipping!

PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Our Product Subscription Service is a convenient and free way to ensure your furry family member never runs out of their food or medication. We’ll create a re-order schedule based on your needs, automatically collect payment, and deliver it to your door. There is absolutely no fee for this service, just the cost of the product, and you can make adjustments or cancel at any time.

We know that sometimes, it’s not easy or possible to travel with our furry family members. Our pet shuttle makes the services we offer more accessible to everyone! If you require the shuttle service, simply mention it to us while booking an appointment. Just contact us to schedule a time that works for you.

APPOINTMENT PICK UP

If your furry family member requires a veterinary or other appointment and you don’t have a vehicle, can’t drive, or even if your furry family member doesn’t fit in the car, we’d be happy to schedule a pick-up and drop off around your visit with us.

Due to COVID-19, we are currently offering our appointment pick up as an extension of our curbside service. We’ll pick up your pet prior to the appointment time and will contact you at home once your furry family member has arrived for their exam. We’ll get a history and talk you through everything, just like we would if you were in-clinic with us. After making a treatment plan with you based on your pet’s needs, we’ll arrange for remote payment and will bring your pet home again. We’re proud to offer this service to continue to help our neighbours during the pandemic while supporting responsible social distancing and keep everyone as safe as possible.
